These terms cover your use of dfylocalnetwork.com, its subdomains, and the DFY Local Network text-message program. DFY Local Network is operated by Clickbridge Ventures LLC. By using the site or opting in to messages, you agree to them.

Text-message program

Program name: DFY Local Network Messages.

What you will receive: messages about an inquiry you started with us, such as follow-ups after a callback you asked for, reminders for a call you booked, and answers to questions you sent. We do not send unrelated promotional messages.

How you opt in: by entering your phone number on one of our forms and ticking the box agreeing to receive text messages, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies, usually no more than a few messages per inquiry.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on all major US carriers. How we handle your phone number and consent is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Services and payment

Prices for each service are shown on our site or agreed with you in writing before work begins. Payments are processed by Stripe. One-time services are paid in advance.

Monthly services are billed in advance on the same date each month, to the card on file. You can cancel at any time. The service continues to the end of the month you have already paid for and then stops. Part-months are not refunded.

If a monthly payment does not clear, we retry it. If it has not cleared five days after the due date, the service pauses until it does, rather than continuing and running up a bill.

A website build covers up to five pages and two rounds of changes. Work beyond that is charged at $75 an hour and always agreed with you before it starts.

What you provide us

For us to do the work, you may need to give us access to your website host, domain or social accounts. You confirm you have the right to grant that access. We use it only to deliver the service you bought.

Refunds

If we cannot complete a one-time service you paid for, we refund it in full. If you are unhappy with finished work, email us within 14 days and we will make it right or discuss a refund.

Limits

We work hard to keep sites, assistants and messages running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or specific business results. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
